1. Introduction Welcome to Transfer4cheap.com ( T4C ), an online airport transfer marketplace operated by Holidays Abroad TR addressed Incilli Mah. Kizilcik Cad. No:14 Karasu / Sakarya – Turkiye , VAT number 44422301178 . By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.
2. Definitions
- T4C:
Transfer4cheap.com, an online marketplace for booking airport transfers.
- Guest(s):
Individuals or entities booking airport transfer services through T4C.
- Transfer
Agent/Provider: Licensed transportation service providers offering
airport transfers through T4C.
- Travel
Agent: An intermediary agent assisting guests in booking transfer
services through T4C. If the booking
is made by an agent, or any other person acting on behalf of the
passengers whose names appear in the booking, they are deemed to be acting
as the agent of all of the passengers who use the Services.
3. Role of T4C T4C acts solely as a booking agent
between guests and transportation operators. T4C does not own or operate any
transfer services. All services are provided by independent third-party
Transfer Agents/Providers who are responsible for their own licensing,
insurance, and operational compliance with local laws. The terms and conditions
applicable to the contract between you and the supplier are set out in the
booking conditions of the relevant supplier. These are available on request.
Since T4C acts as the disclosed agent for its suppliers, it cannot accept any
liability arising from the provision of the services.
4. Booking Process
- Guests
can book transfer services directly via T4C Transfer4cheap.com or through
registered travel agents, on phone call or via Whatsapp Messenger Chat
line and by email.
- The
contract for the provision of transfer services is directly between the
guest and the transfer provider.
- Booking
confirmations will be provided via email upon successful booking. It is
the guest’s responsibility to check their email including the SPAM/JUNK
mail folders incase the confirmation falls into those folders. Payment can be made online by debit or
credit card at the time of the booking or can be made in Cash in the
available currency where Payment cash on arrival option available. Payment
on arrival in cash option is shown on T4C Transfer4cheap.com where
applicable in which currency.
- Booking
Wheelchair Adapted Transfer Services: Definition of Wheelchair Adapted Vehicle
Transfer ( or Wheelchair Friendly Transfer Vehicle ) is, it is an adequate
size vehicle equipped with either electric operated lift placed or a
manual metal ramp, and stabilisers which the wheelchair will be stabilised
with inside the vehicle. Please remember that T4C or the local transfer
agent / provider are not specialist disabled transportation company. We
our best to provide Wheelchair adapted vehicle transfer services in all
destinations we can. But this is not one of the standard services we
offer. If booking Wheelchair adapted transfer service on T4C Transfer4cheap.com
online, you are advised to check the availability with our booking centre via
email info@transfer4cheap.com
or via the Whatsapp Chat service on 447392363755 before placing your booking
online as there may be only 1 wheelchair adapted vehicle available in the destination
you are travelling to / from and it may get booked quick.
- It
is the guest’s responsibility to ensure all details (accommodation,
location, destination, flight details) are correct. T4C or transfer agents
/ providers can not be held responsible for any possible failuries because
of missing information on the booking.
5. Responsibilities of Transfer Providers
- Transfer
Providers must possess all necessary licenses and insurance policies as
required by local regulations.
- By
signing up on T4C, providers confirm compliance with these legal
requirements.
- Transfer
Agents / Providers must wait for
the guests at the designated pick up point at the time given.
Incase of any delays, the local transfer agents / providers should inform
the guests via Whatsapp or by a phone call to their accommodation phone
number if provided by the guests at the time of the booking.
- Providers
are responsible for ensuring service quality, timeliness, and safety of
passengers.
- Providers
are responsible to help guests get the care and help with their own (
transfer provider’s insurance ) insurance
issues to the guests in the case of an accident.
6. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests
must provide accurate booking details and notify of any changes at least 48
hours before the scheduled transfer.
- Guests
must provide real time information of possible large flight delayes,
flight diverts or flight cancellations which may occure and got informed
by the airline while on the ground. Our Whatsapp Chat service is available
during the Office hours, ( 447392363755 ), if out of Office hours, guests
can use the local contacts which are printed at the bottom of the
confirmation voucher.
- Guests
are responsible for their own travel documents and ensuring they arrive at
the pickup point on time.
- Guests
should be aware of the waiting time norm on their transfer service from the airports, which is 1 hour after
their flight lands. In the case of issues which may occure inside the Airport
terminal building, ie: lost luggage etc, should one of the party go
outside the arrivals exit gate and meet the staff waiting for them with
their name sign or the company sign ( stated on the booking confirmation )
and inform. If the local staff has not been informed, guests will be
classed as no-show and no refund can be claimed.
- Guests
accepts and admits that there will not be any extra passenger apart from
the total number of travellers stated on the booking confirmation. Local
extra charges may be applicable in such term if so.
- Any
issues regarding service quality should be addressed to T4C and we will direct
it to the local Transfer Provider. T4C acts as issue resolver between the
guests and transfer provider.
7. Payment Terms
- All
payments must be made at the time of booking through the secure payment
gateway available on T4C or you may pay by cash on arrival if applicable.
- Payment
terms for bookings made through travel agents may vary.
- Prices
displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes and fees unless
stated otherwise.
- Payment
Cash on Arrival ( Where applicable ), needs to be paid in full on selected
currency or the equvallent amount in local currency with the actual Exchange
rate of the day if not stated otherwise on the booking confirmation. Dividing
the total price of the booked service into halves is no permitted as our
system Works on one payment for one booking principle. If you would like
to divide payments into halves, you may consider booking 2 seperate one
ways.
8. Cancellation & Amendment & Refund Policy
- Cancellations
made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pickup time: Full
refund
- Cancellations
made between 23-71 hours before the scheduled pickup time: 50%
refund
- Cancellations
made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No
refund
- No-shows
or failure to arrive at the pickup location on time: No refund
- Refunds
will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment
method.
- Any
amendments meaning, any changes to the original booking needs to be made
with T4C Transfer4cheap.com via email or Whatsapp Chat service.
- Amendments
to the bookings, can be made upto 26 hours to the scheduled pick up
time with no extra cost. Any amendments within 26 hours to the scheduled
pick up time may incure £20 ( GBP ) administration fee.
- Incase
your flight numbers, times and your hotel name in the same area ( resort,
destination ) change, we can amend your booking within the specified time
above, and you will be emailed your new confirmation.
- Incase
your Airport, resort ( destination ), number of passengers change, your
original booking needs to be cancelled and a whole new booking needs to be
made.
9. Liability & Disclaimers
- T4C
is not responsible for any delays, damages, accidents, or service failures
caused by the Transfer Providers.
- Any
claims or disputes regarding service must be addressed T4C which we then direct
it to the local Transfer Provider. T4C acts as issue resolver between the
guests and local transfer provider.
- T4C
does not guarantee the availability of all listed transfer services at all
times. We do our best to cater any requests in timely manner. If the
requested service is not available at that time we email / contact you
for the alternatives where and when
available. If you accept the alternative arrangement, it is then classed
as fully booked contract / service.
- T4C,
on behalf of the local transfer agents / providers is entitled to refuse,
decline or cancell any booking made by you. Incase of very short notice,
over acceptable flight delays or for misbehaviors during the transfer
service.
- T4C,
on behalf of the local transfer agents / providers offer complete
NON-SMOKING policy in the transfer vehicles in or off motion.
- Refreshment
Stops may be mandatory on shared shuttle transfers, please bear this in
mind when booking shared shuttle bus transfers. For private transfers, we endeavour
non-stop journeys, but may be needed to refuel – charge the vehicle or need of the driver. Your own requests for
refreshment stops on private transfers will be welcomed by the driver if/when
he has time for his next pick up
after yours.
10. Amendments & Changes T4C reserves the right
to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior
notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms
& Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the
laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the
courts of Sakarya city of Turkey.
