We T4C is looking for new horizons to discover and offer our guests and respected OTA’s and High Street Travel agencies new destinations. But this does not mean we accept every applications we
receive. After your application, a member our local agent relations department will be in touch with you via email or phone call to give you more information about the standards we need and
specifications.

Transparent workflow.

After your succesfull integration into T4C system, you will be provided your “ Handling Agent “ panel where you will be able to see,list,print the bookings you received. You will be in power of changing
your prices you provide to T4C with ease of just uploading an excell sheet as well as updating per service.

1 or 100 Vehicle Fleet.

You may be a sole trade company having only 1 vehicle and running your business your way, you can still register as Handling Agent on our system, but your account will be classed as “ OWNER “ account which means you are a sole trade and the info on our search results will be shown accordingly. For those who have various numbers of vehicle in their fleet are classed as “Handling Agent “ and the account will be crated accordingly.

The Technology you need.

The dedicated IT Management of T4C is working on creating a Cloud based back-office operation software as a part of T4C Handling Agent panel which will be offered to you for free of charge.
You will be able to manage your operations online through this system, not only the bookings you receive from T4C, but by uploading your bookings received from other companies + you will be able
to create your own White Label web-page within T4C infrustructure for your own bookings as well as offering API booking engine to other OTA’s or booking agents. * this option is in production, you will be informed once it is live.
